Scott Sidlow, principal of Solstice Home Performance, shares his methods and experience in many capacities measuring, assessing and improving existing and new homes to better achieve the efficiency and comfort you expected or hope to achieve in the place where you spend most of your time.

Scott Sidlow is a Home Energy Improvement Contractor and owner of Solstice Home Performance. He has 20 years of experience improving the comfort and efficiency of homes throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and across the country. He is certified by the Building Performance Institute as a Building Analyst Professional and Technician and by RESNET as a Home Energy Rater. He has extensive experience in both the new construction and existing home sides of the home performance industry. Over the years, he has conducted energy audits on hundreds of existing homes and completed HERS Ratings and ENERGY STAR or Energy Code Compliance Certifications on tens of thousands of single-family new homes and multi-family apartment buildings. Through his company he provides services for homeowners and General Contractors such as Energy Audits, HERS Ratings, Home Electrification Planning, Heating and Cooling Load Calculations and Home Energy Improvement Project General Contracting. His services include Air Sealing, Insulation, Heat Pump installations, and Ventilation improvements.
